The CoreMax SV is engineered with a single port and the advantages of FasTest’s revolutionary CoreMax technology to replace Schrader’s outdated, leak prone service valves. FasTest’s service valve removes up to 67% of all process connector tooling and labor costs to maximize manufacturing cost savings. The CoreMax SV also improves field installation and servicing, providing up to five times faster flow when evacuating or charging refrigerants compared to Schrader technology. The CoreMax SV is compatible with conventional service tools and the 30° valve design simplifies field access and service.
Robust Stainless Steel Connector Engineered for Fuel Rail Applications
Minneapolis, MN—October 19, 2015—FasTest, Inc. introduces the newest connector to the 70 Series™ product family, specifically designed to fit 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8” standard fuel rail profiles.
The 70 Series for Fuel Rail incorporates one handed, sleeve actuation to create a leak-tight external connection to standard fuel rails. The quick connector is engineered with a high flow design that is ideally suited for hot engine run testing, and the connector’s instant push pull connection improves throughput during cold engine leak testing and fuel rail component testing. The connector is also available with an integrated stop valve to prevent the flow of fuel when disconnected (connection up to 200psi with stop valve, up to 750psi without the stop valve).
