The leader in quick connectors for leak testing and fluid transfer applications introduces new SurConnect™ technology to its 60 Series and 70 Series product families designed for connection to male threads and formed tubing profiles. The SurConnect system uses a green colored ring as a mechanical verification feature that indicates when a positive connection has been made between the FasTest connector and the test piece. Using the easy push/pull sleeve action to make a connection, the green ring becomes visible only when the connector has been fully pushed onto the test piece, creating an instant, leak-free and reliable connection up to 750psi. read more

Minneapolis, MN—October 19, 2015—FasTest, Inc. introduces the newest connector to the 70 Series™ product family, specifically designed to fit 1/4”, 5/16”, and 3/8” standard fuel rail profiles.  

The 70 Series for Fuel Rail incorporates one handed, sleeve actuation to create a leak-tight external connection to standard fuel rails. The quick connector is engineered with a high flow design that is ideally suited for hot engine run testing, and the connector’s instant push pull connection improves throughput during cold engine leak testing and fuel rail component testing. The connector is also available with an integrated stop valve to prevent the flow of fuel when disconnected (connection up to 200psi with stop valve, up to 750psi without the stop valve). read more
